The location of the hotel was peaceful and unbeatable, outside of the most exploited areas of Lanzarote. It was also near to good restaurants, the beach and other parts of the island and the airport for information.

I was offered a delicious breakfast with everyday handmade cakes. The hotel was in a great and stunning location next to all the island sites and beaches, and the sea, Timanfaya Volcanoes park and Fuerteventura island.

Exceptional staff, the breakfasts are marvellous with great view. The location is marvellous and stunning, next to all the touristy areas of Lanzarote as well as all the island sites and beaches - couldn't be better.

The owners of the hotel were friendly and had a good eye for detail. It would have been better if the pool was heated. It would have been convenient to have an electricity plug near the bed.

We found a hidden gem in a quiet neighborhood, away from the touristy areas of Lanzarote. The location was perfect for us, as it was close to delicious restaurants and surrounded by beautiful volcanic landscapes. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The breakfast served in the garden area was delicious, and the staff provided excellent recommendations for local activities. The view from the top floor terraces was breathtaking, with stunning vistas of the sea and Timanfaya Volcanoes park.

The pool area could benefit from more greenery and plants to enhance the overall ambiance.

Nestled amidst verdant mountains, this hotel is a haven of relaxation. The staff is extremely friendly and courteous, going above and beyond to make our stay an unforgettable experience. Our room was elegantly designed and featured exclusive amenities. The outdoor swimming pool was perfect for a dip and the sun terrace made for a laid-back afternoon lounging in comfortable sun loungers. The garden area and picnic tables are perfect for enjoying in-room breakfast or special diet menus. The location advantages are its peaceful surroundings, without being too far away from the attractions.

The only minor flaw was the lack of massage services, which we expected from a hotel of this calibre. Otherwise, this hotel ticks all the boxes of a luxury retreat.
